Glossaries are used within the software to make the read quicker. Each glossary you set up will be used primarily as the first check that it does during a read.
What kind of words?
Words specific to your industry should be added here. If I was an insurance company for example, I may add words like "claims" or "accident".
Obviously the first word I would add would be "insurance". These are not case sensitive, and unless it changes the meaning are always singular when read in. But it makes no difference if you put in the pluralisation.
You can add these one by one on the settings page, or in bulk by importing a .csv- but make sure you have no headers or they will be read in too.
